BAYREP and National Development are co-sponsoring a tour of Station Landing, a transit-oriented mixed-use development 15 minutes outside of downtown Boston at the Wellington Station stop on the Orange Line. The property has both completed and under construction buildings.

DIRECTIONS: (map)

Station Landing is located at the intersection of Middlesex Fells (Route 28) & Revere Beach Parkway (Route 16) in Medford, Massachusetts.

FROM THE T: The property is adjacent to the Wellington Station (Orange Line). From the T station, take the 30-second tram ride over the construction area to the parking garage. The tram shuttles you to the third floor of the garage. Take either the stairs or the elevator down to the ground level and walk over to the office building at 101 Station Landing.

BY CAR FROM THE NORTH: Take Route 93 South to Exit 31. At the bottom of the exit, stay to the left (Route 16 East). After passing the CVS store on the left, Wellington Circle will be straight ahead. Drive straight across Wellington Circle following Route 16 East. Take the first right into Station Landing.

BY CAR FROM THE SOUTH: Take Route 93 North to Exit 29 (Routes 28/38). At the bottom of the ramp go right toward Malden/Everett; this is now Route 28 North. After the Assembly Square Mall, cross a bridge over the Mystic River. At first set of lights over bridge turn right onto Presidents Landing and into Station Landing.

BY CAR FROM THE WEST: Take Mass Pike East to Route 93 North. Follow directions from the South stated above.
